Robin Mackie

Twenty years of in-house experience as Assistant General Counsel andSenior Counsel for a range of international corporations advising Board and C-Suite leaders and leading strategic projects.

Neil Hughes

Management consulting across people, processes, corporate structuring, succession planning, BPO, B2B sales, acquisitions and HR planning. Responsible for assembling the NPV leadership team and engaging the venture's suppliers and partners.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Former infrastructure, mining & minerals project-finance banker. Has taken a £200m+ start-up through a full financial cycle. Extensive international banking and institutional relationships.

Andre Wegner

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Process engineer on the Arnstadt test site, designed and built the second test facility in Tongliao, and designer of the 4th-generation GCORE process. Extensive project-management experience including the mega chip factory in Dresden, and senior process engineer at ExxonMobil downstream (refining & petrochemicals).
